We are well aware that quality is the most important criterion in our field. When we give you our word, we will stand by it and deliver perfect work. A guarantee of that is, for example, the fact that we strictly comply with ISO/IATF 16949, which specifies the requirements for the quality management system, and everyone – both management and employees – understands its importance. For us, this is an essential element and a means of ceaseless improvement.
We see the fact that we constantly strive to improve primarily as value added, both for us and for our partners. We experiment only where doing so is desirable. Before we get to work, we have to have the certainty that our process will not have even a single tiny error. We know that the first-class quality of our products is a necessary prerequisite both for our success and for that of our customers.
Every additional successful certification confirms that the customer and the quality of the parts that we provide are at the centre of our attention. We know very well that the quality of our work has an impact on the entire supply chain, so we do everything we can to collaborate with other suppliers. We always play as part of a team.
